Main­ten­an­ce and mo­der­ni­sa­ti­on

With regular maintenance at coordinated and tailored intervals, we ensure that your ongoing production has a maximum of flexibility and economy, and thus also maintain the quality of your system.

By modernising existing systems – whether made by us or a third party – we ensure and increase your productivity at considerably lower investment costs compared to new investments.
We perform modernisations for all furnace systems, and we even replace switch cabinets, programming systems, gas injection cabinets and gas injection panels.

Spa­re parts and tech­ni­cal ser­vice

We produce our own spare parts for all common furnace variants and furnace types; of course this also includes retorts, frames and batch baskets. Our service teams are deployed around the world – even via remote connection if matters are urgent.

Our range of services also includes temperature uniformity measurements as per DIN, CQI and AMS.
